What Plastic Prowl is
Plastic Prowl is an informational discovery tool that helps you compare luxury-hotel credit-card programs and track the benefits on cards you own. We are not a travel agency and we never take a booking or payment for a hotel. All bookings complete on the official issuer or travel-provider site, where the live price is authoritative.

Prices, availability, credits, and benefit terms shown are estimates that may be out of date or inaccurate, and issuer terms change frequently. Always confirm the current price and terms on the issuer's official site before booking or relying on any benefit. Plastic Prowl is not responsible for issuer decisions, denied credits, sold-out rooms, or pricing differences.
Not affiliated with the issuers
Plastic Prowl is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by American Express, Chase, Capital One, Citi, or any hotel brand. Trademarks belong to their owners.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the cards/benefits you track. Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or scrape it.
Subscriptions & billing
- Premium is offered at $5.99/month or $49/year, billed through our payment processor (Stripe).
- Paid plans auto-renew each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plastic Prowl is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of NY.
